Of Counsel Attorney
Susan McGraugh is a highly experienced trial attorney specializing in criminal defense and civil rights litigation. She was the lead attorney, along with Brendan Roediger, in a lawsuit where four female prisoners were awarded $20,000,000 after they were sexually assaulted in a Missouri prison. She has extensive experience representing people with seriously mental illness and intellectual disabilities as well as victims of domestic and sexual violence. Sue is also a Clinical Professor of Law at Saint Louis University School of Law where she has taught Advocacy for the last 22 years.
